Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Supervisor located in Bengaluru East. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, manage patient care, ensure compliance with clinical standards, and coordinate with healthcare providers. The role involves supervising nursing processes, managing critical care medicine, and ensuring high standards of patient care. Additionally, the Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for staff training, performance evaluation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
