�� ICU Nurse – Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and other life-supporting treatments.
- Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, ECG machines, and infusion pumps.
- Perform regular assessments of vital signs and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other specialists for patient management.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards.
�� OT Nurse – Key Responsibilities :
Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, supplies, and sterile equipment.Assist surgeons during procedures as a scrub or circulating nurse.Ensure strict aseptic techniques and OT protocols are followed.Handle surgical instruments, sponges, sutures, and other tools efficiently.Monitor patients' vital signs pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.Document surgery details, medication administration, and post-op recovery.Coordinate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams for smooth operation flow.Required Qualifications & Skills :
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.Registered with the State Nursing Council.1–5 years of relevant clinical experience in ICU or OT preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified.Proficiency in emergency response, infection control, and sterile techniques.Good communication, observation, and teamwork skills.Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.Skills Required
