Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of project life cycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion. Daily tasks include coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. The role requires regular site inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The individual will also be responsible for expediting processes and maintaining project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Logistics Management skills
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles
• Expertise in Inspection processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the interior design and fit-out industry is a plus
• Minimum 6 years of office Fit-Out experience.
• MEP or Civil background is a plus.
• Should be able to read and speak Hindi.
• Basic communication etiquette.
