Overview
Amenify is looking for an experienced Project manager with a strong background in modular kitchen installations. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring quality control, and managing on-site operations to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities & duties
- Manage 4–6 residential modular projects end-to-end, from initial site inspection to final handover.
- Take complete ownership of project planning, execution, timelines, and quality.
- Coordinate closely with designers, clients, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure all requirements and expectations are met.
- Oversee the modular kitchen installation process, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
- Lead and supervise on-site teams, including contractors and labour, to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical or operational issues during execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, daily site updates, materials consumption, and labour utilization.
- Conduct routine site visits to monitor workmanship, installation quality, and project health.
- Communicate regularly with clients to share progress, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.
Qualifications & skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.3–5 years of experience managing residential modular / interior projects (kitchens, wardrobes, or full home interiors).Strong understanding of modular design, production, and installation workflows.Excellent project management, coordination, and time-management abilities.Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.Strong communication, client-handling, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools / software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, CRM systems).Good knowledge of construction site safety and quality standards.Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.Why should you join us?
