Hospitality Receptionist

Salary - 18000 to 27000 depending on experience

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing receptionist duties, managing reservations, ensuring proper phone etiquette, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, billing, answering phone calls, and assisting with guests' inquiries and requests.

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reservations
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;

additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
