Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist at The Parterre in Ahmedabad. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, addressing guest inquiries, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The receptionist will also be responsible for maintaining phone etiquette, managing communication with guests, and ensuring a pleasant stay for hotel visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling Reservations
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is an advantage
