🚀 We’re Hiring – Business Development (IT Staffing) 🌟

Are you a go-getter with a passion for client acquisition and business growth in the IT recruitment space? Here’s your chance to make a real impact!

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Professional who can lead initiatives, build strong client partnerships, and drive new business opportunities.

📍 Location : Remote

💼 Experience : 6+ Years

💰 Budget : No bar for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Empanel new IT clients & nurture existing relationships

🔹 Pitch hiring solutions, negotiate, and close deals

🔹 Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure quality delivery

🔹 Maintain and grow business pipeline, tracking targets and performance

Requirements :

✅ 6+ years in IT recruitment business development (Permanent, C2H, Product-based client onboarding)

✅ Strong client database and proven lead generation experience

✅ Willing to travel and attend client meetings when needed

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
