We are hiring experienced professionals for a Healthcare Customer Service role with a leading international BPO in Powai, Mumbai . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and prior international BPO experience.

Location : Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Role : Customer Service Executive – Healthcare (US Process)

Salary : Up to ₹42,000 in-hand per month (based on last drawn salary & experience)

Shift : US Shift – 5 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 AM (any 9 working hours)

Work Days : 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for healthcare customers in the US
• Assist with queries related to healthcare benefits, insurance claims, billing, and accounts
• Maintain accuracy while handling sensitive healthcare information
• Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
