About the Role :
We are hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our Healthcare BPO process . As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting patients, healthcare providers, and insurance queries with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound / outbound calls and emails related to healthcare / insurance services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries with empathy.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data protection standards.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets.
- Document case details and escalate issues when required.
