Human Resources Executive

Designation :  HR Executive

📌 CTC :  Up to ₹3.6 LPA (₹30,000 Gross per month)

📌 Working Days :  6 Days (2nd Saturday Off)

📌 Timings :  9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM (may extend as per work requirements)

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including attendance, onboarding, and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment and walk-in interviews for various roles.
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely MIS updates.
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in policy implementation and HR administrative work.
• Liaise with management for HR reports and manpower planning.
