Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (showroom, office, and corporate roles).
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and ensure timely onboarding.
- Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a healthy workplace culture with open communication.Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Supervise attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, gratuity, etc.).Maintain updated employee records and HR documentation.4. Performance Management
Implement and monitor appraisal systems.Guide managers on goal setting and performance reviews.Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.5. Policy & Process Management
Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.Ensure all HR processes align with company values and legal standards.Support management in manpower planning and workforce budgeting.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.6–8 years of experience in HR management (preferably in retail or jewelry industry).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
