About the looking for a highly data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on optimizing campaigns for measurable growth.
Youll be responsible for managing and scaling performance channels across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and ROI.
Youll work closely with the product and growth marketing team to drive demand, increase qualified leads, and maximize paid media efficiency across both India and US markets.
Key Responsibilities for this position Own end-to-end campaign management across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube Ads from planning to execution and reporting.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies tailored for both India and US audiences, optimizing for quality pipeline generation.
- Implement advanced CRO practices, A / B testing, landing page optimization, funnel analytics, and behavioral insights to improve conversions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and HubSpot / CRM dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets aligned with campaign goals.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and strategic allocation across platforms.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and new targeting or bidding opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
- Report insights and recommendations regularly to leadership, translating data into actionable growth we are looking for :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads.
- Proven success managing campaigns in both India and US markets.
- Deep expertise in conversion tracking, attribution, and CRO techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel / Sheets.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-backed recommendations.
