Role Overview : Were looking for an Performance Marketer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / lnstagram) Ads and other performance channels. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that propel client growth. This is a full-time, onsite position in Bengaluru. You will be collaborating with our design, content, and strategy teams to create impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution : Plan and launch paid campaigns across Google, Meta and other channels to drive lead generation and conversions, aligning with client objectives (e.g., sign-ups, sales).

Optimization & A / B Testing : Monitor daily performance data and conduct A / B tests on ad creatives, copy and targeting to continually improve CTR and conversion rates.

Budget Management : Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI / ROAS while keeping CPA / CPL within targets.

Analytics & Reporting : Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics; generate weekly / monthly reports on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with ad creative and content teams to develop high-impact the copy and visuals. Coordinate with the social media team to align paid campaigns with organic efforts.

Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates in PPC (Google algorithm changes, Meta Ads features, etc.) and proactively apply best practices to our campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

4-7 years experience in performance / digital marketing, specifically in planning and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook / Instagram Ads. Experience with additional platforms (Linkedln Ads, Twitter, YouTube) is a plus.

Analytical Skills : Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track website traffic and campaign performance. Strong ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable changes.

Technical Know-how : Hands-on experience with keyword research tools, A / B testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization techniques. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are advantageous.

Creative Mindset : Ability to craft or guide compelling ad copy and collaborate on eye-catching creatives that resonate with target audiences. Attention to detail in landing page experience and funnel optimization.

Communication & Teamwork : Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams. A knack for teamwork and the startup mindset - adaptability, proactiveness, and eagerness to learn.

EdTech Experience (Bonus) : Familiarity with marketing for EdTech platforms or education sector clients is a plus, as many of our projects intersect with the education domain.
