Job descriptionOversee all legal and regulatory aspects of the organization, ensuring alignment with industry standards Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development and business initiatives with legal insights Develop and update legal templates and processes to streamline organizational compliance Mentor and lead the legal team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence
Key Deliverables
- Lead legal research and provide counsel on emerging technologies, regulations, and business models in the blockchain space
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize key legal documents including agreements, NDAs, and MOUs
- Advise internal teams on legal risks and develop practical risk mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage external legal relationships and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
