Key Deliverables

Lead legal research and provide counsel on emerging technologies, regulations, and business models in the blockchain space
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize key legal documents including agreements, NDAs, and MOUs
Advise internal teams on legal risks and develop practical risk mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage external legal relationships and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements

Role Responsibilities

Oversee all legal and regulatory aspects of the organization, ensuring alignment with industry standards

Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development and business initiatives with legal insights

Develop and update legal templates and processes to streamline organizational compliance

Mentor and lead the legal team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence
