We are seeking a dynamic Practice Lead Presales to drive solution consulting and go-to-market initiatives across the [Digital Solutions / AI Solutions / Cybersecurity / Enterprise sales] practice. This role involves working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to translate client needs into impactful solutions and accelerate business :
- Lead presales strategy, solution positioning, and RFP / RFI responses.
- Conduct demos, workshops, and PoCs to showcase solution value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to close deals.
- Mentor and manage a team of presales consultants / solution architects.
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders as a trusted :
- 15+ years in presales / solution consulting with 35 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Digital Solutions / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Proven track record in solution design, proposals, and deal closures.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
