Role Overview

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in product, growth, or GM roles — ideally with fintech, SaaS, or lending platforms.
• Proven experience in 0→1 execution — you've built and scaled products from scratch or led new market launches.
• Founder's mindset — you've been a founder or early-stage leader with the ability to wear multiple hats.
• Deep collaboration skills — able to align and energize cross-functional teams around business outcomes.
• Technical fluency — understand modern product stacks, API integrations, data flows, and can work closely with engineers.
• Bonus : Experience with AI / ML product flows or personalization engines.
• Strong analytics mindset — you obsess over metrics, growth loops, and conversion funnels.
• Preferably based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
