Job descriptionEssential : Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in financial services, investment advisory, product development, and private banking. Out of which, at least 8 years in Wealth Management . Preferred : Expertise in equity, PMS, AIF, and mutual funds. Proven experience in product structuring and development for high-net-worth clients. Leadership experience managing investment professionals at a national level. Strong understanding of market analytics, macroeconomic trends, and investment research. Strategic Leadership : Define and enhance the Wealth Management value proposition and product strategy. Investment & Research Oversight : Lead research and investment teams to deliver high-quality market insights and research reports . Product Development : Drive innovation and benchmarking in wealth management products across asset classes. Collaboration & Integration : Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement technology-driven solutions for client portfolios. Compliance & Governance : Ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI / IRDA), product due diligence, and continuous capability building through knowledge-sharing initiatives. Performance Management : Regularly review product performance, portfolio analytics, and client value creation metrics. Strategic and analytical thinking Strong leadership and people management skills Expertise in capital markets and wealth products Client-centric approach with a focus on innovation and compliance
Educational Qualification (as on 01.05.2025) :
- Mandatory : Graduate / Postgraduate from a Government recognized University / Institution or reputed college.
- Preferred : CA, CFA, CFP, or NISM (Investment Advisor / Research Analyst / 21-A) certifications.
