Well versed with usage of computer and job boards. Access to a reliable laptop / desktop computer and a stable internet connection Shift timing – 7 PM to 4 AM Working Days – 5 (Monday to Friday). Work from office. Indian and US holidays. Up to Rs 50000 Incentive per closure. Responsibilities :
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct client.
- Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
