Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Vadodara. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the best match of candidates to meet the company's staffing goals. The recruiter will also manage applicant tracking and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Strong Recruiting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
