Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for the position of Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless and professional hiring experience. Additionally, the role involves assisting in onboarding new employees and maintaining recruiting databases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing and candidate screening techniques, including resume reviews and phone interviews
• Experience in managing talent pipelines and applicant tracking systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, as well as the ability to work within a team environment
• Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment within the manufacturing or retail sector is advantageous
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
