Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Vadodara. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. They will also develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and manage the entire recruitment process from posting job advertisements to onboarding new hires. The Recruiter will be a key player in ensuring that Beverage Trade Network attracts and retains top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, hiring processes, and talent acquisition
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
