Trilingual Recruiter (English, Spanish & Portuguese) – LATAM Region

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trilingual Recruiter to join our team, focusing on talent acquisition across Latin America. The ideal candidate will be a creative and driven professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of LATAM labor markets. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. About the Role

ADP’s RPO team is hiring a Trilingual Recruiter fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to support recruitment across LATAM countries . The role involves end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement across diverse markets like USA, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the LATAM region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Conduct screenings and interviews in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate experience, and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
• Support recruitment reporting and process improvement initiatives.
