Our client, a leading product-based eCommerce SaaS company , is looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across multiple technology functions. This is a Hybrid opportunity , offering the chance to partner closely with business leaders and make a direct impact on team growth and success.

What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.

Source top talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and professional networks .

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical expertise, cultural fit, and career alignment.

Build and nurture candidate relationships , ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.

Utilize data and metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and continuously improve processes.

What You’ll Need

4+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter within a product-based or SaaS environment .

Proven success in technical recruiting across diverse engineering and technology roles.

Strong ability to negotiate offers, benchmark compensation , and achieve strong retention post-hire.

Excellent communication, relationship-building , and collaboration skills .

Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to confidentiality and detail.

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms , sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
