Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and expand the company's client.
- Cultivate relationship with prospective clients through networking, cold calling.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt service delivery.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize service offerings and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development effectiveness
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors' activities.
- Analyze industry data and market intelligence to develop strategies for maximizing business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field and B tech or MBA or relevant post graduate degree is a plus.Proven experience in business development or SalesStrong negotiation skillsStrong understanding of the service industry and its dynamics.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Highly motivated, result oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
