Job Summary :
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee our US Sales Process (BPO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving performance, ensuring target achievement, maintaining client satisfaction, and creating a positive, productive sales floor environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales / inside sales representatives handling US clients.Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met consistently.Monitor team performance using CRM and call monitoring tools.Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.Handle escalations and assist agents in closing high-value leads.Maintain process compliance, quality standards, and productivity levels.Prepare performance and conversion reports for management.Collaborate with operations, QA, and HR to enhance team efficiency and morale.Drive incentives, recognition, and motivation programs to maintain a healthy team environment.Required Skills & Qualifications :
