Sales Manager - Hästens Store

We’re seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager who is ready to take ownership of your own success, manage your own pipeline, and deliver exceptional experiences to our discerning clientele.

As an In-store and External Sales Manager for Hästens, you will play a key role in driving sales both within our store in Delhi and through strategic external outreach.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional, personalized experience for our clients, creating a seamless blend of in-store and external sales activities. You will also take charge of organizing and supporting events, leveraging our store as a dynamic showroom to inspire and engage customers.

With a strong emphasis on relationship-building, you will actively identify new business opportunities, cultivate existing client relationships, and embody the brand’s values with professionalism and passion. You will represent Hästens both inside the store and in the wider community, ensuring our reputation as a leading luxury brand.

We are looking for someone with an outstanding track record in luxury retail sales, someone who has successfully navigated similar roles and understands the nuances of high-end sales. A combination of skills in sales, event management, and relationship-building will be key to your success in this role. If you have the expertise to drive growth, inspire loyalty, and represent a world-class brand, this position offers a unique opportunity to excel both in-store and through external initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow a personal pipeline of high-value leads through outreach, follow-up, and in-store engagement.
  • Provide a personalized and luxurious customer journey, guiding clients through the Hästens story and helping them find the perfect sleep solution.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, interior designers etc to create a strong referral network.
  • Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Hästens products, craftsmanship, and heritage to ensure high-impact presentations.
  • Collaborate with the in-store team to create an inviting and elegant showroom atmosphere that reflects the Hästens brand.
  • Track and report on individual sales performance, pipeline activity and customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven success in high-ticket or luxury sales environments.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, discipline, and drive to build and manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client experience.
  • Highly organized, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
