About Wishlink

Wishlink is a well-funded, early-stage startup, on a mission to shape the creator economy and change how people shop. Our mission is to build a hyper-personalized shopping experience for every user, which is creator-led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media.

Team and Investors

We’re 3 founders, Chandan , Shaurya , and Divyansh , with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital .

Growth Opportunity

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 200cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing?

Brand Voice

You own how Wishlink sounds and shows up across every digital touchpoint. Whether it's a campaign, hero post or a late-night story reply, Wishlink's personality is non-negotiable and distinctly yours to protect and evolve.

Social Strategy

Design our digital roadmap, anticipation building, creator seeding, community activation, and distribution plays that ensure we arrive at launch day with a mature, engaged audience ready to download the app.

Content Calendar & Planning

Ideate and execute dynamic, weekly / monthly content calendars that balance brand storytelling, moment marketing, UGC collaborations, and creator spotlights. Every post should earn its place.

Copywriting Excellence

From BAU captions to campaign scripts to one-liners that trend, your words should feel like they came from a friend, not a brand.

Campaign Conceptualization & Execution

Lead ideation, strategy, and delivery of social-first campaigns anchored to culture, shopping moments, and creator collaborations. You own the journey from ideation to making it live.

Cross-Functional partnerships

Partner seamlessly with design, product, influencer, and marketing teams. Your briefs are clear, your feedback is actionable, and your deadlines are sacred.

The Strategic Operator

Someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience with creating strategic content across platforms. You know how to market and reach genz audiences (primarily female shoppers) with both engaging and educational content. You think in systems and first principles. You don't ask "what do other brands do?"—you ask "what does our audience actually need to hear and when?" You can articulate why something works, not just that it works.

The Cultural Native

You are fluent in Gen Z / millennial Indian pop culture, the memes, the creators, the platforms, the linguistic shifts. You're not observing trends; you're living them. You know the difference between authentic and cringe, and you have strong opinions about both.

The Writer

You love to write, tell stories, and understand what makes content scroll-stopping. You get format, pacing, hooks, the unspoken rules of each platform, and know how to create a design brief.

The Team Player with Backbone

You collaborate fiercely but don't compromise on quality or brand integrity. You push back when you need to, you listen when it matters, and you make the people around you better. You're fun to work with, but you're here to build something real.

Creator DNA

If you run your own social presence (Instagram, YouTube), share your handle, and we would love to see your taste and community.

Video Editing Skills

If you can edit reels, shorts, or long-form videos using Inshot, Edits or Capcut, any other tool, show us samples. The ability to turn raw footage into thumb-stopping content is a force multiplier. This is not a deal breaker, but there are cases which arise that demand impromptu execution from anyone in the team, whether its a social media executive or a Brand Manager, no one shy away from it.

Influencer or Creator Relationships

If you've worked with creators, negotiated collaborations, or built creator communities, bring examples. These networks are gold.

Hinglish Mastery

If your copy and captions feel naturally bilingual, that's a massive plus. Show us examples where you've code-switched with cultural nuance and landed the tone perfectly.
