About the Role :
As a Retail Sales Executive for LEGO, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and promoting the LEGO brand values. This role demands creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for toys, learning, and child development.

Key Responsibilities :
1) Customer Engagement :
- Greet customers warmly and understand their needs to recommend suitable LEGO products.
- Demonstrate product features and assist in creating an engaging in-store experience for children and families.
2) Sales Achievement :
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.3) Store Operations :
Ensure stock replenishment, accurate billing, and cash handling.Maintain visual merchandising and store display as per LEGO brand guidelines.Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.4) Brand Representation :
Promote the LEGO brand by sharing product knowledge, stories, and values with customers.Participate in in-store events, workshops, and promotions.5) Reporting & Coordination :
Maintain daily sales records and share feedback with the store manager.Coordinate with inventory and marketing teams for smooth store operations.6) Key Skills & Competencies :
