Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with offline customers to understand their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include selling our products, offering expert guidance, managing and training team members, and ensuring that sales targets are met while fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance sales performance
• Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
