Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located at Church Street, Bangalore Urban district. The Sales Associate will interact directly with customers, provide product information, assist with inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include maintaining store displays, processing transactions, managing inventory, and supporting promotional activities. Additionally, the Sales Associate will contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and service excellence
• Sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management or point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and effectively manage time
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous
