Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Ecommerce Executive. The Ecommerce Executive will manage daily ecommerce operations, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. The role involves monitoring account performance, building strong client relationships, managing team members, and devising sales strategies. Additionally, the Ecommerce Executive collaborates with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimal sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and identifying trends
• Experience in Account Management to build and maintain rapport with clients
• Capability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business growth
• Proficiency in Team Management to guide, mentor, and lead team members effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, tools, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
