Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager for our water park division. The role involves spearheading revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering a superior guest experience. This individual will manage client engagement, account servicing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sales success.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets across all customer segments.
  • Align regional sales initiatives with company-wide goals and seasonal demand.
  • Monitor performance against targets and make real-time adjustments.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the corporate, institutional, travel, and event spaces.
  • Build long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, event organizers, tour operators, and travel agencies.
  • Explore and capitalize on new markets and group booking opportunities.
  • 3. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team to drive productivity and motivation.
  • Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide on-the-ground support.
  • Facilitate cross-department coordination for operational efficiency.
  • 4. Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales performance across various channels and customer segments.
  • Present weekly / monthly dashboards, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
  • Recommend improvements based on market trends and internal analytics.
  • 5. Market Research & Customer Insight

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market intelligence studies.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve offerings and engagement strategies.
  • Stay informed on regional travel, tourism, and entertainment trends.
  • 6. Brand Promotion & Networking

  • Represent the park at B2B forums, tourism fairs, industry expos, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run localized campaigns and promotional tie-ups.
  • Increase brand visibility and recall in Indore and surrounding areas.
  • 7. Negotiations & Deal Closure

  • Lead end-to-end sales discussions from proposal to negotiation and final closure.
  • Structure customized deals based on client needs while maintaining profitability.
  • Ensure seamless handover and execution post-sales closure.
  • Qualifications :

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing or any relevant Specialization
  • Experience Required :

  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel, Media, or Corporate Sales
