About noon

noon is the region’s leading digital marketplace, driving digital commerce across the Middle East. As we expand our seller ecosystem in India, we’re hiring dynamic field professionals to help us onboard and grow local businesses on the noon platform.

Role Overview

This is a 100% on-field role focused on acquiring, onboarding, and supporting sellers for noon’s marketplace. You will work directly with sellers in your assigned territory, helping them go live on the platform and enabling their commercial success. The role is performance-driven, with multiple bonus and incentive opportunities tied to onboarding and sales outcomes .

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and visit prospective sellers in your assigned city / region to pitch noon’s marketplace
  • Onboard new sellers, ensuring successful catalog setup and SKU go-live
  • Guide sellers to upload the right number of products to unlock onboarding bonuses
  • Conduct regular field visits to support sellers post-onboarding
  • Drive seller performance by helping them increase product listings and optimize sales
  • Promote advertising opportunities to sellers and help manage spend
  • Be accountable for seller success and margin contribution within your portfolio

What We’re Looking For

  • Willingness to work full-time in the field (this is not a desk-based or hybrid role)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion skills and a sales-oriented mindset
  • Hunger to meet targets and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, marketplaces, or seller acquisition is a plus
  • Proficiency in using mobile apps, basic Excel / Google Sheets, and CRM tools
  • Job Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with daily field travel and seller visits
  • Full-time availability
  • Own smartphone and basic tech-savviness
  • Prior experience in field sales, business development, or merchant onboarding is preferred
