Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced Siebel Developers with strong expertise in CRM configuration, integration, and telecom domain solutions. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Siebel 20.xxxx and above, and a proven track record of delivering complex CRM implementations in telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize Siebel CRM modules including :
• Account & Contact Management
• Assistant Agent Billing Care
• Siebel Open UI and CRM Scripting
• Lead and support Order Management and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) using Webservices and APIs

Implement and maintain :

1. Siebel Workforce Management

2. Siebel PRM / Dealer Management

3. Siebel Field Service modules
