Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer with a strong background in Siebel Configuration, E-Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and Open UI.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform Siebel configuration and development using Siebel Tools

Design and implement Siebel workflows, business services, and scripts

Develop and maintain Siebel EAI integrations using web services, VBCs, and integration objects

Customize and support Siebel Open UI components and architecture

Handle end-to-end Siebel CRM development lifecycle including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of existing modules

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality practices

Prepare technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment instructions

Mandatory Skills :

Siebel Configuration and Development

Siebel E-Scripting

Siebel Workflows

Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)

Siebel Open UI

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments

Good to Have :

Experience with PL / SQL, Shell Scripting, or Python

Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, OCI)

Knowledge of Siebel Upgrade / Migration

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and automation

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Siebel certifications (optional but preferred)
