Assistant Vice President - Platform Solutions Group

This role will be a part of our growing Plaorm Soluons team. The primary responsibility would involve working on Oxane’s proprietary platforms in Private Credit+ space. The incumbent is expected to take lead on client projects assigned to her / him, working directly with top investment banks, Asset Management, Investment firms. This role is at the intersecon of finance & technology (FinTech) and provides a steep learning curve in the evolving landscape of Private Credit+. The candidate will gain exposure to diverse asset classes and master

the complexities of deal structures.

Key Responsibilities :

Take full responsibility for overseeing the entire project implementation process for Clients on Oxane platform, ensuring prompt and high-quality delivery

Build, manage, and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high performance, quality output, and professional development

Work closely with clients, internal teams, the engineering teams, and the product teams to drive efficient product requirements gathering and integration

Oversee and provide direction during the product implementation and post-implementation cycles to ensure seamless deployment and client satisfaction

Act as the primary liaison / lead Business Analyst between clients and internal teams, addressing client specific needs such as platform features, client change requests, ad hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting.

Provide leadership across teams and stakeholders, employing effective media-on, negotiation, and consensus-building strategies

Required Experience / Skill Set :

8-12 years of work experience and an MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree in Finance / IT. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology is required.

Experience training, mentoring, enabling team of Business Analysts is preferred, with a strong advantage for those with finance, structured finance, or private credit experience

Solid understanding of financial concepts, lending as a business and experience with technology-driven financial solutions. Should be able to articulate complex financial and technical concepts clearly and concisely

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Advanced SQL skills. An Agile Practitioner, using Scrum methodologies, along with driving project success using platorm driven artefacts like Jira / Asana / Monday etc. is a definite advantage

Deep understanding of Data Modelling, Architecture principles. Familiarity with System Design / Application

Architecture, and AI use in streamlining business / data processes is a plus
