Field Sales Officer (07 / 11 / 2025)

We are hiring Sales Officers in Chennai.

Sales Officer Responsibilities :

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Generate Primary Orders and achieve targets
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Scheduling & managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets meetings.
• To look after a defined territory (HQ & Surrounding Areas)
• To visit retailer market regularly as per the beat plan
• Joint working and training your Sales Executives on Sales and Field Assist App
• Identify and add new market potential
• Should be done min. 35-40 visit on the day of retailing
• Competitors update
• Identifying new business opportunities in retailer sales and converting them into client
• To give secondary orders to distributor
• To keep track of dispatches from distributor to retailer must have good communication skill
• Motivating the team in achieving target
• Experience in distributor handling
• Should have experience in field sales
• Ability to negotiate
• Basic understanding of marketing & product demonstration
• Good decision making and fast learner
• Should be passionate about sales experience in FMCG is preferred
• Must have two wheeler with driving license
