Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Career Development Officer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation , conducting career guidance seminars , and maintaining strong institutional connections in and around Chennai.

This role comes with high-growth potential . The selected candidate will start as an Individual Contributor , with the opportunity to lead a team of 4–5 members within 1 to 1.5 months , based on performance and initiative.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and generate B2B leads from schools and colleges in Chennai
• Plan and conduct career seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with educational institutions
• Achieve monthly targets aligned with organizational goals
• Support the growth of the outreach team and lead a small team within 1–1.5 months
