Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve urgent production issues.
- Develop adaptability and work effectively with team members of varying experience levels.
- Support the functional teams on workflow, approval, fast formulas, HDL, HSDL loaders & HCM extracts.
- Contribute to the development of BI reports, OTBI reports, dashboards and HCM extracts.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates and map them to business requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including design documents, technical specifications and user guides.
- Work in an environment of continuous learning and process improvement.
- Complete tasks efficiently and within set deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Fluency in English language.Hands-on experience with full lifecycle project implementation for Oracle HCM Cloud.Skills in workflows, HDL, fast formulas, HCM extracts, configurations, VBCS and Redwood UI.Business process knowledge of global HR, compensation, recruitment cloud and talent management.Minimum Requirements :
6-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud solutions (global HR, compensation, recruitment cloud and talent management).4-6 years of support experience.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with agile teams.Able to work independently and as part of a team.
