Role Description

This is a role for an on-site Social Media Manager located in Jaipur with 2-3 years of experience.

Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Kasya's social media presence, creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media channels for engagement (Social Media Optimization - SMO), and writing engaging posts and content. Tasks also include interacting with followers,influencers, analyzing metrics, and coordinating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.

Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Strong Communication and Writing skills

Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy

Proven track record in managing social media accounts and growing engagement

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur

Relevant experience in fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Ability to multi task and follow deadlines
