Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Non-IT Recruiter at Babify Wear. The Junior Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves updating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.

• Familiarity with recruiting practices and techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
