Improve counter share & market shares across assigned accounts.
Create and implement marketing and promotion plans in collaboration with internal teams and channel partners.
Study market competition and category dynamics to build strategies that support growth targets.
Monitor model-level and account-level margins across assigned accounts
Ensure timely collections and maintain financial hygiene by tracking receivables and reducing payables.
Build strong, long-term partnerships with key buyers to align on product visibility, planograms, and terms of trade.
Plan demand effectively using sales trends, forecasts, and targets to optimize inventory and enhance margins.
Maintain ideal product availability at stores and manage order flow, delivery timelines, and inventory gaps.
