Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Jewelry Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewelry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail sales management. This role involves overseeing staff, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Customer Service :
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales goals.
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Team Leadership :
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for development.Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.Store Operations :
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.Coordinate with vendors and manage repairs, special orders, and consignments.Visual Merchandising & Presentation :
Maintain high standards for store appearance and product displays.Implement seasonal and promotional merchandising strategies.Ensure all jewelry is properly tagged, clean, and attractively displayed.Administrative Duties :
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Manage store budget and expenses.Coordinate with head office or regional management on marketing, inventory, and staffing.Requirements :
3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or jewelry retail.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Sales-driven with a deep understanding of clientele and relationship selling.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software.Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Preferred Attributes :
Strong understanding of fine jewelry, precious metals, and gemstones.High emotional intelligence and client-centric approach.Skills Required
