About The Role
We are looking for high-performing Retail Sales Managers to drive our Roadside Assistance (RSA) business through two-wheeler dealerships across Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan . The ideal candidate must come from a motor insurance background with a proven track record of tying up with two-wheeler dealerships to sell two-wheeler insurance products .
⚠️ Strict Requirement : Only candidates with direct experience in selling / tie-ups of 2W insurance through two-wheeler dealerships will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- RSA Sales via Two-Wheeler Dealerships :
- Drive sales of RSA packages by leveraging existing relationships with 2W dealerships
- Integrate RSA into the sales and insurance flow at dealerships for seamless customer adoption
- Dealer Network Management :
- Manage and grow active relationships with 30–40 two-wheeler dealerships in the assigned territory
- Act as a trusted partner and single point of contact for dealership stakeholders
- Territory Ownership :
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, customer behavior, and dealership operations
- Be fluent in the local language and comfortable navigating regional dealership ecosystems
- New Dealer Tie-Ups :
- Proactively identify and onboard new dealerships to expand RSA footprint
- Ensure end-to-end activation, training, and enablement of new dealer partners
- Sales Target Achievement :
- Consistently achieve RSA sales and penetration targets across assigned territory
- Report performance metrics and dealer feedback regularly to the management team
Required Experience & Skills
3–12 years of experience strictly in 2W insurance sales through dealership tie-upsDeep existing relationships with at least 30–40 active two-wheeler dealershipsStrong understanding of motor insurance, RSA services, and value-added offerings in the auto spaceFluency in the local language and familiarity with the geography and dealer landscapeExcellent interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and a field-driven, self-starter attitudePreferred Qualifications
