Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event & Advertising Operations Executive to support the planning, execution, and post-event processes of various campaigns, events, and brand activations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing on-ground activations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end event operations, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event components.
• Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are maintained across all on-ground activations and promotional campaigns.
• Support the creation of event / project timelines, checklists, and detailed operational plans.
• Oversee logistics such as permits, material transportation, staffing, and technical setup.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality.
• Track KPIs and assist in preparing post-event reports and client presentations.
• Handle on-ground troubleshooting to ensure a smooth client and consumer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, vendor networks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
