Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment Processes : The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT technologies and business units.
• Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience in recruiting citizens, green cards, EADs is highly desirable.
• Cold Outreach : Developing a robust cold calling strategy to connect with potential candidates.
• Negotiation Skills : Effectively negotiating compensations to onboard top talent.
• ATS-VMS Experience : Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems - Vendor Management Software (ATS-VMS).
• Multiparameter Capabilities : Willingness to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
