We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder who will act as a key partner in managing daily operations, ensuring seamless team coordination, and keeping the leadership updated on all critical functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the co-founder and company teams (Sales, Business Development, Data Curation).
- Monitor and track progress of all active projects and team deliverables; ensure timely updates and escalate issues proactively.
- Regularly prepare and share concise daily and weekly reports on team performance, business KPIs, and pending actions.
- Support with hiring candidates for any positions within the company.
- Manage the co-founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones for international clients and suppliers.
- Oversee the use and organization of Google Workspace, project management tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Trello).
- Arrange travel and logistics for conferences, expos, and supplier site visits.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support hiring and onboarding processes for interns, associates, and consultants as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA, Life Sciences, or a related field.0-2 years of experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or similar role (startup experience preferred).Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and project management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (Hindi, Mandarin) are a plus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with flexible hours and priorities.Ability to travel domestically and internationally for conferences and meetings (must have a valid passport).Compensation & Perks
