Job description

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Expert Recruitment & Outreach :

  • Conduct cold calling, mass emailing, and targeted outreach

using LinkedIn recruiter Naukri, and other platforms.

  • Identify, screen, and onboard high-caliber industry

    • professionals into Vedak's Expert Network.

  • Build long-term relationships with experts by positioning
  • Vedak as a trusted partner.

    • Desired Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Management,

    • Economics, or related field.

  • 1–4 years of work experience in client servicing,

    • research, recruitment, consulting, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and

    • relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM tools, Naukri, and MS Office

    • Suite.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under

    • pressure.
