Role Overview :

We are looking for a US Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment for the US market. This role requires someone who can handle end-to-end recruitment, source niche talent, and understand multiple non-IT domains such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients across IT and Non-IT domains
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, presenting only high-quality candidates
• Handle hiring for diverse Non-IT roles like Business Analysts, Finance, Operations, Healthcare, Retail, Engineering, etc.
• Maintain strong client and candidate communication
• Update ATS and daily trackers with accurate information
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and strategize sourcing
