Job role : Onsite recruiter ( part of RPO) Hyderabad
Any graduate with min 2.5 to 4 yrs experience in recruitment with IT delivery set up
Skills :
o Source candidates through various channels.
o Pre- Screen candidates and shortlisting suitable profiles based on job description
o Coordinate with interview panel for slots and plan and coordination interviews with managers.
o Organize and lead interview debrief meetings with interview panel
o All recruiting activities must be tracked and recorded in Internal ATS
o Seek approval from HR to finalize offer compensation.
o Extend offers to candidates once designed to be hired.
o Negotiate offers with candidates as required.
o Manage candidates' progression through all stages in ATS system up to the HRIS stage.
o Maintain weekly hiring trackers and metrics to be presented to Business stakeholders.
o Adhere to all meeting requests.
o Lead and participate in recruitment events (career fairs, weekend drives). May have to work extended hours as required to meet the recruitment demands.
Reporting Structure :
o The onsite Recruiting support / s (recruiter / s) will coordinate with Client's HR team for operational purposes and recruitment activities.
Compensations : 5 to 6 lakhs plus handsome incentives ( performance based )
