Your New Role :

The Manager, Development Lead will play a pivotal role in the ServiceNow development team, leading a group of developers in Hyderabad to design, build, and deliver high-quality solutions, integrations, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is essential for ensuring technical excellence, fostering team collaboration, and driving the successful implementation of enterprise service management initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Platform Engineering, the Development Lead will provide hands-on technical leadership while mentoring junior and mid-level developers.

The role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNows architecture, modules, and development best practices.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about delivering scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions.

Your Role Accountabilities :

Technical Leadership & Strategy :

• Lead the design and development of scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and emerging technologies to guide platform evolution and adoption.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned with enterprise architecture.
